100 % Pinot Noir from a single vineyard in Iwate, Yamanashi City

All of the wine is made from Pinot Noir grown in our own vineyards, which are grown on short trellises on a southwest-facing slope.
Aromas of soft oak barrels and berries and apricots.
Although it has a pale color and delicate flavor, it has a savory taste similar to that of stick tea and goes perfectly with Japanese soup stock.

It has a fresh and smooth fruit flavor and leaves a moist aftertaste.
It also pairs well with red meats such as duck and venison.
