Immediately after the mash is poured into the press, the brewers carefully hand-pack each bottle using the rough end that naturally flows out.
It has a gorgeous Muscat-like aroma and a refined flavor and richness.
This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized pure rice ginjo sake made with Yamadanishiki rice and brewed without pressure, which allows you to enjoy its youthful and vivid flavor.
