A slightly sparkling wine that is full of Yamagata fruit

This is a slightly sparkling wine (Petillant) produced through secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Made from 100% Delaware grapes harvested in Yamagata Prefecture in 2019.
This wine has a refreshing taste and is as if it is filled with Yamagata fruits, with an apple-like aroma, Japanese pear-like flavor, and persimmon-like sweetness.

It has a strong flavor of blue citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple, and as it opens up it also reveals a gentle, sweet aroma like acacia honey.
Because it contains sediment, the taste changes as the seasons progress.
