Tenpoichi Attack Daiginjo Yamada Nishiki Namazake 1800ml [Cool delivery required]
【Tenpo-ichi Seme Daiginjo Yamada Nishiki Namazake】
A cost-effective Daiginjo only available at select specialty stores
This limited-edition sake is bottled from the "seme" portion that comes out last in the pressing process.
The "seme" portion typically has a rough taste with easily noticeable impurities, but Tenpo-ichi's seme series is characterized by its firm umami and a fruity finish.
In addition to its fruity aroma, it offers a sharp, crisp taste with a hint of umami, followed by a refreshing, clean finish. This popular seasonal limited-edition sake is shipped only to select specialty stores each spring.
・From the back label
Tenpo-ichi is located in a warm region in the eastern Seto Inland Sea of Hiroshima Prefecture (Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama City).
The brewing water used for sake production is soft water (ancient water) drawn from 200m underground at our brewery.
Our motto is to be a great supporting actor that enhances food to the maximum, aiming to produce sake that doesn't interfere with meals. We value the umami, acidity, and crispness that spread in the mouth. All our koji production is done using our original box koji-making method, carefully brewing each grain.
We hope that all who drink it will feel "happiness."
