Tenpoichi is located in a warm region on the Seto Inland Sea in eastern Hiroshima Prefecture (Kambe-cho, Fukuyama City).
The "brewing water" used for sake production is soft water (ancient water) drawn from 200m underground at our brewery.
Our motto is to be an excellent supporting actor that enhances food to the maximum, aiming to brew sake that doesn't interfere with meals. We value the umami, acidity, and crispness that spread in the mouth. All our koji is meticulously made using our original box koji-making method, grain by grain.
We hope that everyone who drinks our sake feels "happiness."
