In order to secure raw materials suitable for wine brewing, we have established our own fields that are supplemented with amino acids and minerals.
This wine is carefully brewed using 100 % Koshu grapes grown there .
It is a very flavorful wine with a natural grape fruitiness and a dry, full-bodied flavor.
It goes well with all Japanese cuisine.
