A white wine reminiscent of the dazzling midsummer sun

This wine is a blend of only Albariño, composed of six different Albariño wines with varying characteristics.
Woody's true expertise lies in managing 2.2 hectares of just Albariño, allowing them to secure quantity while also having diverse harvest times, which enables them to produce distinct raw wines ranging from light to medium to full-bodied.

The theme is purity, aiming for a wine that maintains a focus on a single variety while also possessing complexity.
It is like steel, with refreshing aromas of green apple and sudachi, accompanied by the sweetness of peach and jasmine, yet consistently crisp acidity at its core, embodying the characteristics of the grape variety.

WOODY FARM & WINERY has two faces: a domaine winery that produces wine solely from grapes grown in its own vineyards at the foot of Mount Zao in Yamagata, and an orchard dedicated to cultivating high-quality fruits.
The grapes are grown using organic reduced-pesticide methods (Yamagata Prefecture certified special cultivation), and the journey of expressing what only this land can do through fruit cultivation is what Woody Farm is today.
