[Umenoyado Aragoshi Yuzu ]

Refreshing aroma with a subtle sweetness

This luxurious yuzu liquor is made using domestic yuzu juice blended with Umenoyado sake.
We carefully blend the fruit juice to create an exquisite balance of aroma, acidity, oil, and bitterness.

The juice used is equivalent to about 20 fruit juices, which makes 1800ml .
By blending at low temperatures so as not to damage the flavor of the juice, we have created a liqueur with a smooth mouthfeel that brings out the refreshing flavor and acidity that is unique to yuzu.

When poured into a glass, the refreshing aroma of yuzu spreads, and when you put it in your mouth, the unique flavor of yuzu bursts into your mouth.
It has a subtle sweetness, but if you find it not sweet enough, you can add honey to make it even more delicious.
We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda.
