Each and every carefully selected Kogane Sengan sweet potato from Southern Kyushu is completely hand-selected.
We have achieved an alcohol content of 28 % by combining the richness of black koji and the sweet flavor of sweet potatoes .
Although the alcohol content is a little high at 28 %, it is an exquisite blend that is gentle and pleasant on the palate.
