Made with Cabernet Franc from Kayakari and Muscat Bailey A from Kanizawa and Oizumi. For 2025, Muscat Bailey A from Kurashina is also used.

It has the subtle aroma of Muscat Bailey A, with a hint of fruitiness and greenness from the Franc in the mid-palate, and the enchanting quality of hand-destemmed Muscat Bailey A.

The firm acidity ensures the flavor doesn't become muddled against the aroma in the mouth, giving it a satisfying impression.
