【Domaine Oyamada BOW! Rosé 2025】

"Domaine Oyamada" BOW! Rosé - Small quantity arrived

The 2025 vintage is primarily Fujiminori from Takemori and Koshu from Koyashiki, centered in Enzan, Koshu City.
It also uses Kyoho from Kurashina, Merlot from Fujiki, and Tannat from Akawo and Sambongi.

The wine has a slightly candy-like aroma of Fujiminori with yellow citrus and a refreshing greenness, while the alcohol volume from Koshu balances the elegant aroma and acidity, resulting in a light-bodied wine with a low alcohol content.
