[Domaine Oyamada BOW! Rose 2023]

A small amount of "Domaine Oyamada" BOW! Rose has arrived

The main ingredients are Kyoho grapes and Muscat Bailey A from Kurashina, Makioka Town, with small amounts of Pione from Takebayashi, as well as Vitis vinifera from Fujiki, Sanbongi, and Nishiho.
In 2023, to supplement the yield, we will be using some Muscat Bailey A from Kamikannaigawa and Cabernet Franc from Kayakari.

As in 2022, the Kyoho grape yield was low, but thanks to good weather the grapes are large and voluminous.
The top notes are of Kyoho grapes and a subtle candy scent.
It feels a little spicy in the mouth, but is supported by a refreshing acidity and aromas of orange and lime.
