[Cave d'Occi Mogura (Chardonnay) 2023]

A white wine with a subtle, permeating flavor, made with natural yeast

Quality grapes are harvested, cooled, then destemmed and crushed.
After overnight maceration, natural yeast is used for fermentation, followed by barrel fermentation and aging.

The soft texture and the subtly permeating flavor, as intended, are wonderfully blended with the depth from the skins and the body from the barrel.

We recommend chilling it thoroughly and then drinking it as the temperature gradually rises.
