Kaiji & Koshu! A unique blend of slightly sparkling wine!

It is made by blending the table grape "Kaiji", also known as "Red Muscat", with the strong acidity of "Koshu" in an exquisite ratio.
It is then bottled and left to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle to give it a slightly effervescent finish.

In addition to the aroma of muscat, it also has aromas reminiscent of pear, apple, and Japanese citrus fruits.
No sulfites are added during bottling, giving it a gentle flavor that makes it perfect for drinking with meals.
