Domaine Oyamada Manriki 2024

Terraced vineyards built on the southwest-facing slope of Manriki, Yamanashi City.
All vines are trellised and short-pruned, with three varieties interplanted in one field.
It is located very close to Nishiyama and Kanizawa, the Delaware fields for Domaine Oyamada's popular BOW! White.

A beautiful aroma, with top notes of black tea, toffee, and a floral quality like white pansies.
Gradually, it develops a yellow image with a melancholic feel, like ginkgo leaves.

The way the Koshu's herbal notes subtly appear and disappear within this is very interesting.
It has an attractive, lingering acidity, and if you drink it now, the delicate aroma is easily noticeable right after opening.
Since a deliberately large amount of lees are bottled, you can enjoy how the atmosphere changes if you mix them!
