A terraced field built on a slope facing southwest in Manriki, Yamanashi City.
All of the varieties are cultivated on trellises with short tree branches, and three varieties are planted together in one field.
It is located close to Nishiyama and Kanizawa, fields of BOW! white Delaware, which is Domaine Oyamada's popular brand.

The madder color before sunset is very beautiful when the weather settles.
The aroma is beautiful due to the oxidation of the soaked fruit skin, and the acidity of apricots and the marmalade-like astringent taste express the delicacy of the Koshu variety.

A wine that will whet your appetite during the leisurely hours before sunset.
