[Domaine Oyamada Vice 2023

Terraced fields built on a southwest-facing slope in Manriki, Yamanashi City.
They are all trained to have short shoots on trellises, with the three varieties planted together in one field.
It is located close to Nishiyama and Kanizawa, the vineyards where Domaine Oyamada's popular brand, BOW! White Delaware, is grown.

The color is kumquat yellow with a hint of orange. The aroma is of orange tart, ginger, dried persimmon, mango tea, Quintro, and cognac.
It has a calm, dry taste that goes well with appetizers.

The balance between the nuances of the fruit skin from the fermentation and the fruitiness of Petit Manseng is exquisite.
