[Domaine Oyamada Seba White 2023]

Concept: Elegance of the North

Located in Seba, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, where Vitis vinifera is interplanted in hedgerow cultivation.

At an altitude of approximately 700m, with many clear days and low nighttime temperatures that help maintain acidity, this is truly an ideal land for grapes.
Since 2015, the 30a vineyard has been expanded, and white grapes now include young vines of Pinot Gris, Sémillon, and Savagnin in the blend.

The distinctive tropical notes of recent years, along with aromatic hints from Sauvignon Blanc and others, spread across the palate, and the firm salinity is very pleasant. While it has a volume reminiscent of the 2023 sun, one can still sense the evolving character of Seba White each year.
