Located in Senuma, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, vinifera is mixed in hedge cultivation.
At an altitude of approximately 700 m, the area has many sunny days, low night temperatures, and is able to maintain acidity, making it the ideal land for growing grapes.
Since 2015, the vineyard has expanded to 30 acres, and the white grapes are a new blend of Pinot Gris, Semillon, and young Savagnin grapes.

A calm amber color.
The blue color of the Sauvignon Blanc that I felt in 2020 is modest, and it has a nutty and already mature aroma.
As the fruit flavor is modest, you can feel the hard touch even more.
