Located in Ama, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, it is planted with Vitis vinifera in hedgerow cultivation.

Located at an altitude of about 700m, it has many sunny days and low night temperatures that allow the vineyards to maintain their acidity, making it an ideal location for grapes.
Since 2015, the vineyard has been expanded by 30ares, and the white grapes are now a blend of young Pinot Gris, Semillon and Savagnin vines.

It has a smart mouthfeel and a flint aroma, which then slowly develops with swirling to reveal notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and a hint of passion fruit.
As the balance of the hard saltiness and acidity blends with further aging, the flavor will expand, making this a white wine that is best left to sit for a while.
