Goto Nada Meijino Potato 1800ml
[Meiji Sweet Potatoes from Goto Nada]
A limited edition potato shochu made using the extremely rare potato "Kinboke"!
"Kinboke" is a native potato that was introduced to Goto during the Meiji period.
The sweet potato called "Kinboke" has been around in Goto for over 100 years, but is a rare variety that is rarely seen these days.
Goto Nada Sake Brewery gave us eight parent potatoes that had been handed down in a private home for 100 years , and we have been gradually increasing the number of potatoes from there.
Kinboke is made from carefully selected fields, and as it is difficult to cultivate and the yield is limited, it is a precious potato shochu that can only be brewed in small quantities.
