Goto Nada Meijino Potato 1800ml
[Goto Nada Meiji Potato]
Limited sweet potato shochu made with the super valuable sweet potato "Kinboke"!
Kinboke is a native variety of potato introduced to Goto during the Meiji period.
The potato called "Kinboke" has been produced in Goto for over 100 years, and is a precious sweet potato that is rarely seen nowadays.
Goto Nada Sake Brewery gave us 8 parent potatoes that had been handed down in a private house for 100 years , and we gradually increased from there.
"Kinboke" is a precious potato shochu that can only be produced in small amounts because it is difficult to cultivate and the yield is limited.
