This is potato shochu from a small brewery with a production capacity of around 200 koku.
It has a soft, elegant and somewhat rustic taste.

The rich sweetness and fresh aroma of sweet potatoes. You can feel the warmth and comfort of steaming the sweet potatoes, as well as their light and mellow flavor.

Goto is surrounded by blue ocean and steep, deep green mountains.
The brewers begin making shochu by cultivating the raw material, sweet potatoes.
The mineral-rich sea breezes flow through the fields, sometimes gently and sometimes harshly, helping the sweet potatoes grow strong.
The earthy efforts of farming are combined with the delicate brewing process to brew Gotonada , "Goto's Shochu."
