The brewing, fermentation and MC preparation are carried out in 500L barrels for approximately 6 months.

・From Mr. Kobayashi of Kyoei-do: I felt it was orange-colored. I could see the rich citrus scent of mandarin and gava, acacia and butter. The inside of the mouth is soft, with the scent of cedar and slightly sweet mace, complemented by butter. The aftertaste is long and refreshing, with a slightly sweet citrus scent like lemon.

I'd like to try seasoned chicken wings. I think the skin and gizzards go well with the sauce. I also think eel would be good. I think it would go well with mirin and oil.
I think it can be served in both large and thin glasses. I think the aroma and flavor go well with average Japanese sweet sauces.
