[Kaga Tobi: Supporting the Reconstruction of Noto and Connecting Ishikawa Sake]

Noto Reconstruction Support Project "Connecting Ishikawa Sake"

This is a reconstruction support sake that will be released under a unified label by 18 breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Each brewery will release a different color to serve as a symbol of Noto's reconstruction.
A donation of 200 yen will be made for each bottle sold (100 yen to Ishikawa Prefecture and 100 yen to the Ishikawa Prefecture Sake Brewers Association).

This sake is made with the aim of being a delicious ginjo sake that you can drink as many times as you like.
This Junmai Ginjo sake is carefully brewed using contract-grown Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki rice, and is characterized by a rich, spreading ginjo aroma and a crisp taste with the umami of soft, full-bodied rice.

This is a rich Junmai Ginjo sake with a well-balanced aroma, flavor, and taste that you will never tire of drinking.

・The following is an excerpt from the Ishikawa Prefecture Sake Brewers Association website: The shape of Ishikawa Prefecture, expressed with a single piece of connected origami, represents the bond between the united sake breweries and the hopes of the prefecture's residents for recovery. It combines the ancient Japanese culture of paper, which represents prayers to the gods, with a geometric and modern expression, respecting tradition while connecting to the future. It represents a new type of sake.
The icons are a different colour for each brand, representing the diversity of each brewery, all with the same goal of revival.

This label was produced with the full cooperation of BS Fuji's program "Koyama Kundo Tokyo Conference." We chose the design by Hiroyuki Ishiura from among the suggestions submitted by members of "Package Happiness Theory," led by commercial director Shinya Nakajima.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ishiura and Takakuwa Art Printing Co., Ltd. for their generous cooperation.

We hope that this wonderful label will become one of the symbols of Noto's revival.
