[Kagatobi: Supporting Noto’s recovery and connecting Ishikawa sake]

Noto reconstruction support project “Tsunagu Ishikawa Sake”

Reconstruction support sake released under a unified label by 18 breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Each brewery will be released in a different color so that it will become a symbol of Noto's recovery.
Deposit 200 yen for each bottle sold (100 yen to Ishikawa Prefecture, 100 yen to Ishikawa Prefecture Sake Brewers Association).

This sake is made with the aim of being a delicious Ginjo sake that you can drink over and over again.
The Junmai Ginjo sake, which is carefully brewed using contract-grown Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki, is characterized by a rich ginjo aroma and a sharp taste with the flavor of the soft and swollen rice.

A rich Junmai Ginjo sake with a well-balanced aroma, flavor, and taste that you won't get tired of drinking.

・The following is an excerpt from the Ishikawa Prefecture Sake Brewers Association website The shape of Ishikawa Prefecture, expressed as a piece of connected origami paper, represents the bonds of unity among sake breweries and the feelings of the prefecture's citizens toward recovery. It combines the ancient Japanese culture of paper = prayer to God with geometric and modern expressions, and connects it to the future while being based on tradition. It expresses a new type of sake.
The icons change color for each brand, expressing the diversity of each sake brewery with the same goal of recovery.

This label was produced with the full cooperation of the BS Fuji program ``Kundo Koyama Tokyo Conference''. We selected Hiroyuki Ishiura's design from among the suggestions received from members of the ``Package Happiness Theory'' led by CM director Shinya Nakajima.
We would like to thank Mr. Ishiura and Takakuwa Art Printing Co., Ltd. for their great cooperation.

We hope that this wonderful label will become one of the symbols of Noto's recovery.
