This is a luxuriously made dry Junmai sake made using 100 % Miyamanishiki rice from Yamagata Prefecture and polished to 55 %, the same level as ginjo sake.
 You can fully taste the umami of the rice, but the spiciness is also elegant and has a sharp spiciness.
