Karakusa makkori 720ml/1800ml
[Arabesque pattern]
Purely domestic Japanese makgeolli!
Makgeolli is a Korean alcoholic drink made by fermenting ingredients such as glutinous rice, barley, wheat, flour, foxtail millet, and potatoes.
A Japanese sake brewery has perfected the process of making a truly delicious makgeolli using the simple ingredients of rice , water, and koji , resulting in the creation of the 100% domestically produced Wa-makkoli.
It has a yogurt-like aroma, a gentle texture, and the soft sweetness of rice.
It has a pleasant sweet and sour taste that makes it refreshing to drink.
Although it is not as thick as authentic Korean makgeolli, it has a smooth aftertaste and is a soothing drink so be careful not to drink too much!
It goes great with rich dishes such as grilled meat and yakitori.
Put ice into a soba-choko-sized cup of sake (90ml) , pour in the well-shaken "Karasu Makkori", and when it is cooled to the right temperature, it is ready to drink.
Putting cracked alcohol into a mug and mixing it with soda or beer is an addictive way for connoisseurs to drink it!
