 This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed using rice polished to 55 % in-house , and has a pleasant, gentle ginko aroma, and is light, crisp, and smooth. 
It has a well-balanced flavor that is dry yet soft, making it fun to pair with food, and can be enjoyed chilled or lightly warmed.

We've been making small improvements every year to the koji-making and storage methods, and I think it's gotten a lot better in recent years. This is the flagship and mainstay of Masumi's Junmai sake, so we're putting a lot of effort into making it.
