Imo shochu made from Kotobuki potatoes, also known as the red diamond
This is a carefully crafted potato shochu made from Kotobuki potatoes, red potatoes grown in Kushima, Miyazaki, the land of the sun.
Although it is only 25 % alcohol, you can fully enjoy the rich aroma, sweetness, and umami of red sweet potatoes, as well as the full-bodied flavor that comes from being brewed using black koji.

Sweet potatoes, water, koji, sake brewers, and time. The taste created by five elements
Kotobuki Shuzo was founded in 1985 ( Showa 60 ) by five shochu breweries, each with over 100 years of history , joining forces to establish the company.
In 2010 , we reorganized into a joint-stock company and, with the spirit of our precious brewery that has been passed down from generation to generation, we will continue to deliver authentic shochu, which can be said to be the culture of southern Kyushu.
