This plum wine is made using carefully selected plums from Oku-Musashi and domestically produced brown sugar.
Unlike plum wine whose sweetness is adjusted using rock sugar, this has the elegant and deep richness that only brown sugar can provide.

It has a strong plum aroma, a mellow flavor reminiscent of brandy, and a rich sweetness that is nicely accented by the sourness of the plum, with a refreshing sweetness on the aftertaste.

We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with water.
