This is a white wine with a beautiful cherry blossom color that is neither orange nor rosé by making the best use of the Koshu grape aroma and color of the pericarp.

A gorgeous, bittersweet aroma and refreshing acidity reminiscent of Japanese citrus fruits such as Natsumikan and pink grapefruit.
A slight bitterness derived from the pericarp that you feel in the aftertaste will make the whole.
