Likkarikka Ripe Shikuwasa Liquor 720ml
[Riccaricca Ripe Shikwasa Liquor】
It is a refreshingly sweet and slightly sour/bitter liqueur.
The name of the sake, " Rikkarikka, " is an Okinawan dialect word that means "Let's all go together."
Normally, Shikuwasa is harvested when it is still green from September to November and used as a substitute for lemons. From December to January , the fruit turns yellow and fully ripe, and is called " Kugani ( golden )."
The juice made from this ripe, golden fruit, with the skin still on, is highly nutritious.
This is an addictive liqueur with a clean sweetness and slight bitterness with little acidity.
