[Riccarica Ripe Shikuwasa Liquor】
A refreshingly sweet, slightly sour and bitter liqueur
The sake name " Rikkarikka " means "Let's all go together" in Okinawan dialect.
Shikuwasa is usually harvested in the green state from September to November and used as a substitute for lemons. From December to January , the fruit becomes yellow and fully ripe, and is called " Kugani " .
The juice is made by squeezing the highly nutritious skin of this ripe golden fruit.
It is an addictive liqueur with low acidity, refreshing sweetness and a little bitterness.
