A pinch of natural salt, ``Sea Spirit,'' made using traditional salt-making methods that is rich in natural minerals, is added to the brewery's carefully selected plum wine.
Although it is not a beautiful pink color, the cool and calm amber color is proof that it is natural and has no fragrance or coloring.
It has a pungent acidity that makes your mouth water, and a deep richness of minerals and plum scent. And the slight salty taste that lingers on the tip of the tongue brings the whole thing together, making it a truly delicious plum wine .
Enjoy it on the rocks or with soda in the hot summer, or with hot water or piping hot in the cold winter.
