・ About sake rice “Gin no Yume” The raw material rice “Gin no Yume” is a rice suitable for sake brewing with Yamada Nishiki as the mother and Hinohikari as the father, which was cultivated for the first time in Kochi Prefecture.
In terms of breed development, the Kochi Prefectural Agricultural Technology Center was in charge of the breeding process, and Suigei Sake Brewery was in charge of brewing tests.
