About Wakakoma Sake Brewery: Founded in 1860.
The sixth generation owner, Kashiwabe Yukihiro, returned to the brewery after training at the famous Yucho Sake Brewery in Kaze no Mori, Nara Prefecture, and launched the "Wakakoma" brand.
The main products are unfiltered, undiluted sake, with a focus on low-polishing, and the sake is brewed with the theme of retaining the flavor of the rice while still maintaining a clean umami and clear acidity.
