Kimoto-zukuri, 100 % sweet potato shochu produced in extremely small quantities

This imo-koji imokan-zukuri is made using the technique of “Ishin Ishin Ichiteki Kimoto-zukuri” and using potato koji without using even a small amount of rice koji .
For the distillation of this shochu, we use a distiller that is used for general preparation, not a tube distiller.
