After destemming carefully harvested fully ripe Koshu grapes, maceration is applied to maximize the original flavor of the Koshu grapes.
After low temperature fermentation with wild yeast attached to the grapes, the wine is finished with a rich aroma and depth of flavor through careful buttonage.

A delicious white wine with a rich fruit flavor and aroma reminiscent of pears and white flowers, and a soft and deep taste.

Please enjoy it with gentle dishes using vegetables such as vegetable yuzu sauce, spinach with sesame sauce, white sauce, and vegetable tempura.
