In the distant Sengoku period, Osogo in Kai Province was the home of the Kurokawa gold miners. Our family has a red seal letter bestowed by the Takeda clan in Tenbun 12 ( 1543 ).
The sake brewery was established by Kazama Kaie in 1834. Kai Winery Co., Ltd. was established in 1986 in the storehouse that still preserves that history .
While injecting new life into the traditions and techniques we have cultivated since our founding, We aim to create high-quality wines that suit the delicate tastes and food culture of the Japanese.
