Rich aroma and complex flavor

It's been five years since we started making Chardonnay using fruit skins.
With the desire to get closer to the producers in Northern Italy, we continue to brew our wines through trial and error, gaining experience every year.

In order to achieve a rich aroma and flavor without excessive extraction from the skin, we delayed the harvest and also revised our selection standards.
Both the aroma and flavor are rich and voluminous, yet somehow approachable.

Domaine Tetta is committed to brewing wine using grapes grown on its own land, which is blessed with calcareous soil, and its belief is to express 100% of the grapes' natural power in the wine without forcing the grapes to do too much.
In addition, wild yeast is used, no sugar or acid is added, and almost no antioxidants are used.
