Grape Republic's proud natural wine with a pleasant yeasty aftertaste.

We use 100% organic grapes from our own farm.
No pesticides other than Bordeaux liquid are sprayed, organic cultivation is done with no fertilizer or compost, the fruit is carefully sorted at harvest time, and all destemming is done by hand.

Fermented with the skin in an amphora for 11 to 13 days, then pressed. The wine is returned to the amphora and aged for 8 months before being bottled. Fermentation with wild yeast. No clarification, no filtration, no added antioxidants.

A gorgeous fruity scent like jasmine and fresh orange. The taste has fresh citrus fruits such as hassaku, and the refreshingness and pleasant tannins of cold-brewed green tea.
It also has a yeasty aftertaste. This is a representative wine that brings together the best of Grape Republic.
