Grapes grown by Mr. Ogiwara, a charismatic farmer, were brewed by Ms. Mayu Saito, who studied in the Chablis region of France.

The color tone is bright gold with depth in the center.

The strong aroma is centered on the scent of peach and tropical fruits, reminiscent of fragrant rhinoceros flowers.
The taste has a mellow impression, and you can enjoy the flavor of ripe fruit and a smooth texture.

While it has a creamy mouthfeel, the presence of sourness creates depth and creates a rich and delicious taste.
Aromas such as vanilla and clove derived from barrels will harmonize with the passage of time.

For early drinking, it is also recommended to slowly enjoy it for about 10 days after uncorking.
