The winery's pride and joy, a bottle full of Koshu fruit flavor

After carefully harvesting the fully ripe Koshu grapes and destemming them, we use maceration to bring out the natural flavor of the fruit to the fullest.
After fermentation at low temperatures using wild yeasts that are present on the grapes, the wine is carefully batonnaged to create a rich, aromatic wine with a deep flavor.

This is a delicious white wine with rich fruitiness, a scent reminiscent of pears and white flowers, and a soft, deep flavor that is pleasant to the touch.

Enjoy it with mild vegetable dishes such as vegetables with yuzu sauce, spinach with sesame dressing, Shiraae, and vegetable tempura.
