An attractive white wine that combines two wines

A blend of two vintages of Chardonnay, 2022 and 2023, harvested from our own fields in Makioka Town.
Rather than being a combination of two vintages with different weather or grape ripeness, we have combined two wines that are different in terms of brewing.

In 2022, it will be aged in new barrels using sulfurous acid, and in 2023, it will be fermented in stainless steel without the addition of sulfurous acid.
It would be fine to bottle each individually, but by blending them together, the wine "exists" and develops into something new.

A well-balanced white wine with fresh fruitiness and the sweet and nutty aroma of the oak.
