Vous means "wish" in French. It was named to bring hope to everyone who drinks it, sells it, and makes it.

We mainly use Koshu grapes grown by Takao Ogawa with reduced pesticides and fertilizers, and ferment them in stainless steel barrels to create wines that highlight the potential and freshness of the grapes.

A refreshing scent with a green-yellow image of hassaku, lemon, green apple, and fresh pear.
When you put it in your mouth, you'll be greeted by a burst of eye-opening acidity, with a pleasant heaviness on your tongue as the citrus fruit flavor spreads throughout.
The aftertaste has a mineral flavor similar to rock salt.

Please enjoy it with rock oysters, sushi with white meat or vinegar toppings, fried seafood, rich white soup such as chicken soup or mizutaki, shabu-shabu, etc.

Suitable drinking temperature is around 10℃.

*Due to unfiltered raw filling, dregs and tartar will settle.
