The true value of Woody, which manages 2.2 hectares, is that it can produce unique, light to medium to full-bodied sake by ensuring quantity and having a variety of harvest times.

Purity is the theme, ensuring a wine that maintains a single varietal focus while also offering complexity.
It is steely, with refreshing aromas of green apple and sudachi, along with sweet notes of peach and jasmine, but with a consistent, crisp acidity in the center that embodies the character of the varietal. .

WOODY FARM & WINERY has two faces: a domaine winery that makes wine only from grapes grown in its own fields at the foot of Mt. Zao, Yamagata, and an orchard that cultivates high-quality fruits.
The grapes are grown using organic reduced pesticides (special cultivation certified by Yamagata Prefecture), and the current form of Woody Farm is the history of expressing through fruit trees the things that can only be done on this land.
