It is stored in old barrels to respect the fruit flavor, and you can experience the softness and flowery lead of vanilla derived from humble oak.

WOODY FARM&WINERY has two roles: a domaine winery that makes wine only from grapes grown in its own fields at the foot of Mt. Zao, Yamagata, and an orchard that cultivates high-quality fruit.
The grapes are grown using organic reduced pesticides (special cultivation certified by Yamagata Prefecture), and the current form of Woody Farm is the history of expressing through fruit trees the things that can only be done on this land.
