A slightly different, dry Koshu Nigori

This is a new white wine made entirely from Koshu grapes by i-vines, a company run by Ikegawa Jin, which cultivates high-quality grapes based on a unique cultivation theory.

A premium cloudy wine packed with the delicious flavor of cloudiness and the subtle bitterness that is unique to Koshu.
It is slightly drier than the regular Chateau Sakaori Koshu Nigori New Sake 2024 .
