Rich fruitiness and clean acidity

Chardonnay from our own vineyards is pressed using a whole punch and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
It is bottled by gravity flow.

It has a citrus aroma and a fragrant aftertaste, and you can enjoy the plump fruitiness and clean acidity.

Rita Farm & Winery is a small winery run by a husband and wife duo, and is the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
All of the wines made from special varieties are made using 100% grapes from their own vineyards, and in order to pursue the terroir, the wines are made through natural fermentation using wild yeasts.
The wine is transported using gravity alone to avoid stress, and is bottled using a gravity-type filling machine.
