21Vt. was the first orange wine to win a gold medal at the Japan Wine Competition.

Brewed and fermented at a low temperature to slowly extract the pigments and aroma components derived from the peel and the tannins derived from the seeds.
After fermentation is complete, the wine is immediately transferred to barrels and the wine is grown on the lees.

A citrus-based scent reminiscent of grapefruit, followed by a smooth mouthfeel with sweet and gorgeous nuances such as apricot and honey.
A well-balanced orange wine with a rich skeleton and moderate tannins, and a satisfying aftertaste.
