This year's Genki produced two types of wine from the same tank!
Normally, the assemblage is done just before bottling, but by doing it two days ago, the difference in specific gravity was clearly visible, so two completely different wines were born in one tank.
I heard that sometimes they assemble two days before, but is it the same wine when you drink it blindly? It seems that it is the first experience to make a mistake.

This Genchi has a strong taste of Neo Muscat, Niagara and Rosario Bianco as usual.
